Legislative Reviews

Within 2 years after the Lobbyists Act comes into force and every 5 years after that, a special committee established by the Legislative Assembly shall begin a comprehensive review of the Act and shall submit to the Legislative Assembly, within one year after beginning its review, a report that includes any amendments recommended by the committee.
