 By section 9 of the Lobbyists Act, the designated filer is required to certify the accuracy of the information being filed.

The filing of inaccurate information can lead to the imposition of an Administrative Penalty pursuant to sections 18 and 19 of the Act I hereby Certify that I have read the User Agreement, understand and agree to the terms and conditions contained therein, and that:

  • I am aware of the obligations imposed on “lobbyists” by the Lobbyists Act and I agree to adhere to those obligations; and
